“The Impact of Slavery on American Jurisprudence and Activism” was a panel presented by the Equal Justice Society on February 21, 2019, at the Judge Thelton Henderson Ceremonial Courtroom, in the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in San Francisco. The panel was part of the Equal Justice Society’s Remembering 1619 year-long observance of the 400th anniversary of the arrival of enslaved Africans in what would become the United States.

MCLE 1.5 credits (elimination of bias). The Equal Justice Society is approved by the State Bar of California as a Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Provider.
