Heidi Williams
CTO & Co-Founder, tEQuitable
Heidi has been in the tech industry for over 22 years. She is currently CTO and Co-Founder of tEQuitable, a confidential platform to address bias, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace. Prior to tEQuitable she spent 4 years at Box where she was VP of Platform Engineering and also served as executive sponsor for Box WIT. Before Box, Heidi spent 17 years at Adobe in a variety of roles including: Engineering and Engineering Management on two 1.0 product teams (Dreamweaver and Flex/Flash Builder), Product Management, and Strategic Engagements. In 2016, she successfully launched WEST, a cross-company mentorship program for mid-career women in tech.
Heidi has a B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University and attended the Stanford Executive Institute in 2008.
