Hannah C. Kim is a staff attorney at Legal Assistance to the Elderly (LAE) in San Francisco. In this capacity, Ms. Kim practices landlord/tenant law with a focus on defending eviction cases brought against low-income seniors and people with disabilities. Before joining LAE Ms. Kim also practiced housing law at Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach in San Francisco where she focused on helping monolingual tenants navigate a wide range of housing issues. She earned her B.A. from University of California Los Angeles where she majored in Political Science and earned her J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center in 2015. At Georgetown, Ms. Kim worked in a year-long clinic helping low-income tenants work toward home ownership through cooperatives and TOPA (Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act) in D.C. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
