Equal Justice Society’s 18th Anniversary (Virtual) Gala

Equal Justice Society’s 18th Anniversary (Virtual) Gala
Thursday, October 11, 2018

The Board of Directors of the Equal Justice Society invites you to attend our virtual gala this Thursday, October 11. We cordially invite you to relax comfortably in your pajamas on this evening and hope you delight in the fact that you will not be battling after work hours Bay Bridge traffic. We will not be handing out paddles for our Fund-A-Need or handing you a name badge to wear that has your table number written in pencil to remind you where you will be sitting.

We hope by giving you four hours back in your evening, you will consider supporting the work of our organization as we continue to call out injustice; as we reveal the negative consequences of structural and explicit racism; as we peel back the layers of white supremacy and expose its damaging impact on all communities; and as we protect the rights that were hard fought and are now targets.

As you join us in spirit during our 18th Anniversary, we hope you will sponsor our efforts and make a contribution to the Equal Justice Society. We will continue to work on transforming the nation’s consciousness on race through law, social science, and the arts in your names and to honor your partnership throughout the years.

Individual tickets: $150
