Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court advances toward unprecedented hearings and we need your help.
Trump’s nominee has a troubling record that raises serious questions about his views on unchecked presidential power and whether he will protect the rights of the most vulnerable among us. Republicans are also stonewalling efforts to release the full breadth of Kavanaugh’s records including his time in the Bush White House.
U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein is meeting with Kavanaugh today. She has not yet announced her position on this nomination.
Please ask her to (1) oppose Kavanaugh’s nomination and (2) thank her for her efforts on behalf of Californians and the American public in obtaining full disclosure of Kavanaugh’s entire record.
Call Sen. Dianne Feinstein today!

@SenFeinstein
As Senator Feinstein mentioned last week in a statement, during Justice Elena Kagan’s confirmation process, 99 percent of her White House record was provided to the committee and to the public prior to her hearing. That practice appears not to be followed here. Only two percent of his White House records have been release as of last week.
Senator Feinstein needs to know that Californians want a full records disclosure.
Call Sen. Dianne Feinstein today and please ask her to (1) oppose Kavanaugh’s nomination and (2) thank her for her efforts on behalf of Californians and the American public in obtaining full disclosure of Kavanaugh’s entire record.
