Implicit bias is a universal phenomenon, but its ill effects are not inevitable. Recognizing our own biases and learning to mitigate them in ourselves, our organizations, and our industry is critical to challenging the systemic biases embedded in our society. Come learn more about the current understanding of implicit bias and specific decision-making procedures that can help us each live more in alignment with our conscious values and beliefs as lawyers, colleagues, and community members. This training is also suitable for non-lawyers who have a deep commitment to mitigating implicit bias.
