Plaintiffs Fighting for Latino, Black Students in Kern County Will Proceed

Plaintiffs have filed a motion to lift the stay of their discrimination lawsuit against Kern High School District (KHSD), Kern County Office of Education (KCOE), the California Department of Education (CDE), and State Superintendent Tom Torlakson following Plaintiffs’ dismissal of the pending appeal against the State of California.
